What an amazing day. Really Informative and the live practice instills a confidence I didn't believe I would find. Manoj's laidback, relaxed way of teaching is excellent. You are made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive. I just cannot praise the staff and the course here enough. If you are looking for a change if career then this is definitely worth a look. We provide 8 hours of CPD online learning before your practical day. Then the focused one-day format adds essential supervised practice, so you learn to perform microsuction and irrigation safely and with confidence at our bespoke hearing centres.
You practise in clinical settings on real patients, so you see ear canals of different shapes and sizes.
Our trainers have substantial NHS audiology backgrounds, as well as a minimum of 10 years’ microsuction experience each.

We also advise on organising and managing your clinic, as well as referring correctly to meet UK healthcare standards.
The course complies with CPD guidelines, and it also comes with a Certificate of Training showing clear accreditation details.
You also get a business-in-a-box, including a website build, PPC, 15 years of digital experience and a post-course strategy call.

We use standard clinical machines for ear care, with adjustable suction levels and in-line filtration for safe wax removal. Trainers also cover noise emissions, portability and single-use canisters.
Training focuses on head loupes, because they are the most suitable method for a beginner starting out in ear wax removal.
You use standard otoscopes and video devices to examine the canal and drum. You also record case histories in line with NICE/BSA guidelines.
We cover disposable specula, fine suction tubes and Zoellner suction pens, especially infection control, correct sizing and safe handling.
The course reviews core UK expectations for safety, quality assurance and maintenance. It also gives guidance on choosing equipment and consumables. In addition, full equipment packages are available to buy from us.
During the practical day, you start with otoscopy and safe handling of microsuction equipment on training heads.
You then progress to supervised practice with real patients whom we have selected and who have given consent. As a result, you see different wax textures and ear canal anatomy within a controlled learning environment.
First, the trainer demonstrates positioning, depth awareness and controlled movement. You also learn how to stop immediately if discomfort increases or your view inside the ear canal becomes unclear. Finally, you practise on several supervised cases and receive feedback before sign-off.
Our training course is CPD accredited, so successful learners receive a Certificate of Training in Microsuction Ear Wax Removal confirming completion of supervised training. You can also log the combined e-learning and supervised clinical hours for CPD. We assess competence through observed procedures and theory application.

In the UK, the demand for ear microsuction services has been steadily increasing, especially after its removal from the NHS framework in 2018. As a result, more patients are now seeking support from private clinicians, community practitioners, and pharmacies, which have expanded their services to meet this need.
We design this course to assist delegates in confidently setting up and delivering microsuction services within their existing practice. It also includes operational aspects, such as appointment scheduling, templates for clinical records, documentation needs, and how the service can be incorporated into the hearing care or private clinic environment.
We also offer support after the course has been completed through our clinician WhatsApp group, which provides mentorship support as delegates start delivering the service.
